studied over 15+ years BEFORE employing it for the Covid vaccine. M-RNA vaccines are super fast and wicked easy to create once scientists have isolated the nucleus of any disease.
It is simply added to the already formulated M-RNA formula. THAT is how it was created so quickly! The only thing experimental was in whether it would prevent or reduce Covid infection. Vaccinated people, for the most part, either didn't catch it or had severely reduced symptoms if they did.
The M-RNA platform is very different than standard, historical vaccine creation in how fast it can be created, cutting off years to decades of research and experimentation.
