..which is the product of both parties' sheer ineptitude, partisan squabbling, and profiteering, and has been for years.
Biden's error, IMO, was allowing more wannabe immigrants to enter and then apply for sanctuary -or not - after entering.
And 'sanctuary cities' was a huge, dumb Progressive mistake.
