I agree with both Sheila & Liz, can't go upsetting anyone!
On a similar thread, I heard the Defence Secretary (can't recall his name) was looking into "waste" at the MOD.
He stated that for a contract to be allocated, ONE guy signs it off, and there are ELEVEN "checkers".
No wonder it can take over SIX YEARS from inception, to the contract being placed......
HOW did it all get in such a mess....
Oh, and there are MORE employees in the Ministry of Defence than in the combined numbers of the RAF & Royal Navy!!!!
