It appears these food waste bins are appearing all over the UK. People in Hartlepool are not using them as thet have to pay for the sacks so the waste food ends up in the large bins. My source also tells me theres a surge in rats and residents have vandalised the bins in protest. Well here in Liverpool we are getting the same problems. However airtight, rats can detect food. Where do these council idiots aquire brains? Mind you, I have witnessed 3-4 foxes with brains acually get into a wheelie bin! As for food bins, we'll see how long that lasts!
