Our local council issued every house with a Green lid Wheelie bin for Garden waste and with it came a little Green lid bin for Kitchen waste, like Malcolm, it has little biodegradable baggies that have to be bought from the Council, ours sits on the garden work bench.........totally unused !!.......No rats in my garden.
