No word, as yet, from Herefordshire Council, to be honest any potato peelings, banana skins and the like go into a small bin that sits on the worktop, my husband takes the bin to our compost heap about every 2 days on his return he washes out the small bin with bleach then that goes back inside the little bin that sits on the worktop, so from our point of view we most certainly do not need another bin.
