Can anyone help, I have been trying to make a purchase from Amazon without success, tried to contact their customer services by email at the address shown on their web page and comes back not recognised, tried phoning and after being on the phone for half an hour with an advisor who assumes I am a computer expert gave upas a bad job. Any assistance in a way to make contact preferably by email would be appreciated.
