Hello Mac, hope this helps:

Go into Amazon.co.uK then look at the left hand side of the page you will see 3 little lines next to that is the word All, click on the lines, scroll down until you come to Help & Settings, click on Customer Service this then brings up loads of options that you can enter to start email.
