There are too many inconsiderate drivers going slow in the fast lane and blocking traffic. That's dangerous, rude, and illegal. The highway patrol usually just ignores those drivers.

There are also too many foolish drivers going too fast and passing on the right. That's dangerous and annoying. Some of that is caused by the inconsiderate drivers blocking traffic in the left lane.
