Who is going to pay to heat it, light it, cool it, pay the staff (surely a larger ballroom will require a greater number of staff), maintain it when something needs repairs?

I think that $200 mil (if that really is the final figure - you know how building projects don't always go as planned) could be spent more wisely elsewhere than a luxury ballroom with Trump's name on it . . . and surely he will name it after himself.

I wouldn't back any administration that was interested in such a project.
