Portal season proved we are definitely at least somewhat limited in financial resources, but that still doesn’t explain having no real traction at all in high school recruiting. It’s definitely odd that starting from the moment we started losing all our returning defensive lineman, we seemingly just stopped adding players at all - first in the portal and now in HS recruiting.

Is there like a specific date in the academic calendar where a new annual round of rev share money comes through? No idea how any of this works so just throwing shit against the wall here, it feels like there has to be some strategy for waiting to sign HS guys right now? Then again I assumed there was a strategy behind our whole DL transferring out too.
