I’ve taken 5mg daily for a year and rarely lift.
Can’t say I’ve noticed much of anything physically or mentally. I have gained some weight but I’m bearing down on 40 and my exercise time has fallen off a cliff But other than that, things are great  Previous Message  Previous Message recovery.
