Mark Buehrle was better than Jack Morris* Archived Message

Previous Message Previous Message Looks like the very deserving Adrian Beltre and Joe Mauer will get in on their first ballots. Todd Helton is probably gonna squeak by and Billy Wagner is right in the cusp. Could go either way. One of my favorite players ever Gary Sheffield is gonna fall just short on his final writer’s ballot. I hope Wagner gets in. I’m not sure I’d vote for him but at this point he’s gonna get in at some point and better off today than tomorrow. Hoping Chase Utley gets a strong 1st ballot showing.
