at least with us, you meet the code, we approve the site plan, or you need to go meet your neighbors. we're also pretty simple. The fix it station is kinda hilarious, like they were told they needed an "amenity" and decided bolting a $500 thing into the pavement would do it. Also, City kinda screwed up the site by acquiring ROW for that right turn lane.
