Previous Message that the decision whether to disqualify a candidate for the most important federal office was left by the 14th Amendment solely to some apparatus of the federal government. And the historical context of the 14th Amendment makes that necessarily so. A more self-aware person would see that the Court ruled 9-0 on that question and ponder whether their own assessment of the case is outside the bounds of reasonableness. But then no one has ever accused you of being particularly self-aware.
