From the discussions here sounds like the o-line was a dumpster fire, and no matter the QB and coordinator you’re going to be limited on offense without a decent line. And by the time you fix that unit through the draft you’d have used up the Caleb rookie contract window.
But if they have money, you can find solid pieces if not stars to at least get back to average next year, along with some draft picks to hopefully bring plus talent to a spot or two over the next few years.
