kind of just underscores how rich we are here. He talks about 10% of african americans getting bought out. That would be over 4 million people. According to the high net worth individual wiki article, there are only like 13 million people worldwide outside the US with a liquid net worth of over $1M. If you are talking ultra HNWIs (liquid assets over $30M), probably the real pool you are talking about, you are looking at maybe a couple hundred thousand people worldwide who could afford this.
