 Previous Message if you've got $5M to do this, you are likely yacht-rich and doing so for dual citizenship purposes.  Previous Message here, are doing so because they live in an undesirable location. So, if you want to make comparisons between the two deals, make the people choosing to leave the US go to a similar location. It might make the thought of living in the US more palatable.
