....I got up on the roof with 2 hoses with spray attachments.
Sure enough, about 8PM two cars pull up, 4 kids (all friends of hers) get out with rolls of TP, and they got greeted with a water war from the roof.
Got 3 of them, and they dropped their TP rolls, ran back to their car laughing, and got in and left. I expected them to come back later, but they didn't.
2 of them came up to my daughter at school a day later and said we were the only house to challenge them. They said it was pretty funny.
Maybe use non-lethal defensive weapons.

On Friday, they hit my house and four others within eye shot of my house. I realize my actions have made things worse for sure, but the fact hasn't changed that it's not innocent anymore and it needs to end.

because the owners react the best/most. If this has been going on for a few years they're passing it down to new students like a tradition.
I'm picturing you chasing them down the sidewalk in your curling attire, ensuring you'll be the go-to home for years to come.
In my opinion, less is more and they'll move on to something more fun if you don't give them a good reason to do it.
