Got them beef ribs going (meanjeans…why couldn’t you peel the membrane?!?!) and I soaked a big batch of rosemary trimmings as a bed for salmon.

for 150 people. We did burgers, potato salad, and cucumber salad for lunch on Saturday, and then I did a full Nando's menu for dinner. Chicken thighs, mushy peas, spicy rice, and cole slaw. It was awesome.
