Do not remember the name at all . The old CPGB was riddled with revisionists ,some open and extreme ones , others like Straight Left who pretended to be 'hardline '.
One thing I notice is that a lot of them seem to have 'done well' for themselves . Here a list

Of course it is not an absolute , not written in a tablet of stone , but as an old comrade said to me usually if you are a communist or left wing you won't get in life in a capitalist society , you are likely to be unemployed or in a low paid job
