Yes, ALL of the players are important. And, a team needs all of it's players. But, let's be realistic. There are starters and non-starters, or bench players. There are roles for everyone on the team. Should all players get equal amount of everything? This is high school, not little league, where you are required to play everyone evenly. You don't have to be equal in playing time.
