My daughter is going to the portal today. The head coach is the issue, but all the assistants are bailing, along with a lot of the team's talent. My kid wants to take a different degree path than the one she chose for this school. Had solid playing time and reasonable stats.

Here's my question. Do you go to the AD and give the real reason and what you've seen, or will that hurt her in future "recruiting" as she'll be seen as a "trouble maker"? Will the exodus of the assistants be seen as a red flag to the administration? She has no problem being honest with the head coach, but is it really her job to be the moral compass for the administration? Here's one of the few times I really want to hear your opinions. In the end, the kid will do what she feels is correct.
