The Khan watched as he had spoken, a child rushed out of the marshland reeds. One who looked an awful lot like a mix between this Queen before him and his own Delta. His eyes stayed on the little one, she spoke happily as presumably her brother came slower behind. They both were gentle mixes of the two, one having fire on his spine but both smelling of Vampire descent. "Hi Kublai! I’m one of the queen’s daughters! My name is Vryko! I would like to go meet my father!” He smiled at the little ones. "I'm Asmodeus." The boy was quiet, but the girl looked as if she wanted to go to her father straight away. She was pleading her mother with those eyes, while her brother sat solemn and silent.
His eyes flicked to the Queen, seemingly in time to catch the outburst. “No! Everyone shut up! Shut up! Go tell Beartooth and Wendigo that as I never agreed, no! As for you, Vryko, you cannot go. Tarben is no place for my children and it will never be! So stop, stop stop stop telling me what I need to do! It’s not happening. Go to h e l l!” His eyes narrowed as he watched her silently, the boy moved closer to his sister and somewhat in front of her. Protective. “Nobody is taking my child anywhere,” Her outburst was rather amusing. The Khan kept a straight face as he watched her unravel, likely scaring her children she was proclaiming so loudly she was keeping. “Tell me I can’t, Tell me I can’t keep them. They’re safe here. Why shouldn’t they be? After all, there are no womanizers to prey on Vryko or corrupt Asmodeus. No “Danes” to bother Sindri!”
He cleared his throat, now that she seemed to settle a bit - At least from screaming. "You cannot." He spoke simply, staring into her eyes. "These children were made by you - And Wendigo. Denying him and these children the right to meet is wrong, and being his and King Beartooths demand it will likely mean refusal will lose your alliance to Tarben - Or spark another war. You wouldn't want to go to war with a pack that outnumbers you more than twice, would you? Or leave these children and your friends gravely threatened by the numerous larger packs throughout Starfall?" His brow furrowed in confusion. "Your children wish to see their father, denying that will likely sever your relationship with them later down the road as well. Your greed should not be placed above your children and your packs needs." He spoke, refusing to move from the seat he sat on outside of the borders.
