There's a guy who sits at the end of the I-95 off-ramp here begging for money.

If we assume that's how he makes his "living", then he pays nothing into the system. Pays no taxes, other than a sales tax of a food tax when he buys whatever he buys.

So he should get a Primary Care Doctor, and an Annual Physical, and a Dental checkup every 6 months, and MRIs and EKGs and CT Scans and prescription drugs and eye exams and glasses, etc. all for free? Bone marrow transplants? Dialysis? Knee replacements? Chemo and Radiation?

Same as the guy who works for a living and pays a big junk of his income in taxes?
