I have no idea what you thought I said the other day, but I’ve supported national single-payer insurance for many years.

It doesn’t take a magic wand, only better spending and taxation policies and the will to do it. I suspect the Righy is opposed because, as in Great Britain, people would never, ever give it up once they had it (although I doubt we’d ever have National Health over here).
