Very good points
I learned recently about the 1/16th blood percentage for the Cherokee - and that may vary depending on location. I think fifteen or twenty years ago it was 1/8th before one was placed on the rolls. I was a bit surprised at the change. I have been working on geneaology (off and on) for the past seven years and I had to take a break - it is like drinking from a fire hose and requires meticulous attention to detail...right? So frequent breaks for me are required.
