and history (even what makes us uncomfortable) should not
but cut and pasted. Should people never learn of World Wars or the Holocaust? How about the internment of the Japanese? Certainly celebrate the good, but don't make it look like that's ALL that happened. History has often been written by the victors, leaving the other part of the story on the shelf somewhere.
