maybe a B&B? You have so much knowledge and talent, you could share it in your own way and on your own time line.

Our daughter has friends who have a home in Golden. They decided to move into the basement and open up the upstairs as an air b&b, and they are making money big time. They had a professional come in and dress it up really cute with the mountain/Colorado flavor. Now they are free to travel and pretty much do whatever they want to do.
