8D chess, DT!  Previous Message China has apparently slashed their oil imports in half since the war started, and this has been the single biggest reason (and there’s no close second) that oil prices haven’t spiked to $150+. The stranger bit is that analysts are not completely sure what China has been able to do to manage this shift, because they don’t appear to have been drawing down their known strategic reserves.
