this morning they mentioned the win and did sayin congratulations, then mentioned that Underwood is a hardass (although not as big of one as he used to be). Then took a call from someone lamenting why the state of Illinois doesn't play an in-state tournament of all the college teams before Hood brought up that "some teams are afraid to play schools like Northern and Depaul, even with a 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 deal".
Just turned on the noon show and one of them is asking why he should feel any loyalty to Illinois when Northwestern is Chicago's BT team and Illinois is in a town surrounded by pig farms. And then they started talking about all the bars for other schools in the city and how, based on that, Iowa is Chicago's BT team.
