She went looking for the person who allegedly did this to her and after looking at several rosters, correctly identified an Illinois basketball player that was actually there.
Once again that can’t be enough to prove that he did it, but it’s the one part of the complaint that gave me pause.

Because they waited months. We know from the emails they got Shannon’s DNA in September I believe.
And then didn’t charge him until December prior to any lab from DNA? I hope we end up hearing how they came to decision to charge him.
Because right now the only evidence they have is that both of them were at some point in the same area of the same bar but never seen together nor at the same time in the same area.
If this is all accurate and they have DNA that doesn’t match and nothing else and Shannon gets off I hope he sues.
