 Previous Message the plates off if needed.  Previous Message Finished with incline bench and I was already kinda checked out. I took the bar off to the set position like it was flat bench instead of incline. So instead of moving it like 3” horizontally, I moved it like 8” and before I could even get the “oh shit” out of my mouth, I got slammed in the balls by the barbell. And now I’m stuck. Had to turn it into a hip thrust rep to get it moved enough that i could get my feet back under me. Fun. And, yes, people definitely saw.
