Congratulations to Ursula and Laura for solving the puzzle of the tiara the Duke of Kent gave to Princess Marina for their wedding. There have been numerous discussions about the tiara (which had an interchangeable centre) over a long period of time.

Now Ursula has published the findings.

I think that Princess Marina may have worn the tiara to the Hampden House Ball (a coronation ball) in 1937 -- but I am not 100% sure. The tiara definitely isn't the City of London fringe tiara or the diamond and pearl snake tiara.
