Please note that Princess Diana wore the Prince of Wales Feather brooch in 1996. She was with Helene and Bernard Arnault (LVMH) in London.
I do not think it the same brooch. The emeralds seems to be different (one longer and the other larger...).
I do think Beth will see the differences.

The Duchess of Cornwall wore her historic Prince of Wales Feather Brooch, a wedding gift to Queen Alexandra in 1863 and later worn by Princess Diana , at the Reception to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Prince of Wales’ Investiture at Buckingham Palace ! Was the Queen Mother ever pictured in this piece?
