Hola again. I'm so glad that the ambulance call situation has been cleared.

I have known Alicia, the ambulance dispatcher, for some time and know absolutely that she is very, very responsible and would answer any call made to the ambulance number. She always carries or sleeps with a charged phone so that she doesn't miss any calls. The ambulance service couldn't have a more dedicated, reliable volunteer at this post.

On that fateful day, Unfortunately, the call never reached the ambulance phone or Alicia would have answered, definitely.

I'm still hoping that the ambulance Board calls a meeting, just the same, as other issues exist. Cruz
