In this situation there are opportunities to be a leader, be a good teammate, learn to work with people in charge that are less skilled than you (lord knows that’s life), play simply because of the love of the game. You don’t know it because your daughter isn’t there yet but college softball is a job. Long, long days lots of stress if you don’t absolutely love the game it’s difficult to deal with all the semantics.
