This is a perfect example of a Troll. "Joey" has a history of giving his expert advice to others from this IP address, and I'm guessing will answer his/her question by disparaging organizations he feels have wronged him/her in the past. I'm guessing based on his past comments it will involve "daddy ball". The above post is the perfect example of posts that usually don't make it, then the complaint is they're blocked.
