”Hey Lucaya.” His voice brought her almost to tears, just validating he was truly here. As she got down to speak to the little one, she heard her brother whisper to her. ”Go ahead. Introduce yourself.” Her dark red eyes stayed on the little one, hopeful.”uh…uhm…hi! I’m Joy! I’m his little princess!" A smile spread wide on Lucayas face at the little rabbit. ”She’s my daughter.” Lucayas tail wagged at the mention of her being his daughter, her eyes still staying on the little colored baby. "Well Joy, I'm happy to tell you you are of royal descent! I'm your aunt Lucaya, and I'm Queen of these lands."
Her mother had shown, stirring the air with tension and sadness. Lucayas gaze went to her, her expression soft as she understood how hard all of this was. She watched as her mother collapsed into a sob, and the bouncing bean that was Joy went to cheer up the crying mother of the Queen. A small smile tugged on her lips, her heart strings being pulled as well. Her eyes went back to her brother, finding his own stare. ”It definitely seems a lot happened Luce. What happened? Mother seems like a wreck, speaking of her, has she kept to her, uh, tendencies?”
Lucaya shook her head at his question. "Surprisingly enough, even after being turned she's not hurt any of our siblings. There are more now, two brothers and tw-" She hesitated, shaking her head. "Now one sister. We have recently been to war, Thy. We lost a few members, I wish you could have met them all. Aya, our sister, fell in combat. As did my own son, Helheim." She gave a soft sigh. "Tarben, our enemy pack who resides on the other side of the mountain took our sister, Drevis. She's been held captive with our nieces rapist. He was sealed away, but freed on Drevis's watch by the King of Tarben - He decided to take both of them."
She straightened upright, her crown of thorns up the the sky. "We have much more family now, but we lost someone else. Father died on the battlefield, which is partial to why mother is such a mess. You're also an uncle now, I have five children that still live, Skade, Bellona, Ruax, Lahmer and Kodlak. Three daughters and two sons, a mate who stands on the throne with me, Nibris. Our fathers brother Vladimir has come here as well, we have four new cousins, - Ambrose, Calida, Deyja, and Viessa, and three older ones - Wisteria, Yesimire, and Mabbit. Wisteria has had children as well, seven of them - Hespieria, Dragos, Oni, Apollonia, Ember, Vulcan, and Cionaodh. Our other siblings are Maverick, and Styxx." She gave a soft smile, cocking her head to the side. "I know it's a lot to take in, but soon enough you'll see all of our family. If you're staying that is."
