Drevis padded alongside Wendigo and Lahmer to Hawthorne, and while the blackened ess had little worries about her slightly swollen belly, it didn’t give her as much cause for concern as Lahmer presented on her face. The starry pelted female padded behind both Wendigo and Drevis slowly, her head dipped. Drevis knew nothing of what was going on in her mind…but she could tell too that Lahmer had a swollen belly. It had to be from Balerion. Drevis tried to speak to Lahmer a few times but nothing came of it. Poor girl. Drevis knew she was in a much less serious situation than Lahmer. Drevis was taken with Phobus, but Lahmer was the peace pawn. Drevis had more freedom than Lahmer did for decision making. Her emerald green eyes watched as they entered into Hawthorne and all her family’s scents entered her nares, a small smile crossing her face. She couldn’t wait to see her family again, and naturally, her tail wagged. But she could tell Wendigo was nervous, so she tried to tone it down a bit. That failed once Lucaya called out to them. Lahmer acted quicker than Drevis, sprinting forward to her mother. ”Mom!” The starry lass yelled, rubbing up against Lucaya and crying. No further words left her maw, rather just crying as her body slowly hit the ground. Perhaps she couldn’t get her thoughts sorted. Drevis on the other hand smiled softly, walking forward. ”Hi sis. Hi mom.” She spoke, a smile broad on her maw. Kanaya came running up to her daughter, tears in her eyes, much alike to how Lahmer acted with Kanaya except the roles were reversed. Thyrius looked at his mother, astounded at the care she showed for his sister. His teal eyes looked over his sister, Drevis, an exact copy of their mother, and his niece, Lahmer, who lay at Lucaya’s lap. However, his eyes did not stay on her long. Rather his teal eyes found their way to the stark contrast of the group, Wendigo. ”And…who are you?” He spoke, confusion but also defensiveness in his voice. This was when Kanaya looked up at Wendigo, stepping away from Drevis and looking back and forth between them. She slowly padded up to him, Drevis watching her mother in anticipation. Did her mom notice? The snake scaled lass sighed, but then smiled, a certain glint in her eyes as she attempted to meet Wendigo’s stare. ”I can see you’ve taken real good care of her, and you will continue to now that she’s going to bear what I’m assuming are your children…right?” Her words were soft, but would hit like venom. Drevis’s ears went flat, but once Kanaya finished her say with Wendigo, the snake scaled woman turned to her daughter and spoke. ”My dear daughter…will you be staying in Tarben?” Kanaya paused, looking back to Wendigo again. ”I want you to do what’s best for your children on the way, my Drevis.” Drevis looked down and sighed, glancing to many of the other wolves surrounding them. ”Well, mom, I…Wendigo is my soulmate…and he’s kept me safe from other Tarben males thus far.” Kanaya nodded, a wide smile gracing her face at the word soulmate. Both of the crimson skirted femmes looked to Lucaya, as if asking for her okay for Drevis to be with Wendigo in Tarben. Lahmer took this moment to stand up herself from her mother’s feet. Looking at her mom, she took a breath and spoke. ”I have a similar situation, mom.” She glanced to the side before attempting to meet her mother’s gaze. ”I found my soulmate in Tarben, and…uh…well…I think I have children on the way too…” Once Lucaya responded appropriately to both of those situations, Drevis pulled Kanaya to the side to discuss her plan. They’d keep it on the down low, but Drevis explained that she was going to go to Sindri to kidnap Wendigo’s two other children to bring them back to Tarben. This was all on the basis that his children were supposed to be handed over to Tarben when they could be separated anyways. Kanaya nodded, her eyes flicking to Wendigo before she would beckon him over to their little circle. ”Wendigo. Come here.” When he approached, she spoke, a joking tone. ”Has my daughter been this mischievous with you? She just told me this plan and I-“ Drevis immediately shushed her mother. ”Mom. That’s you and I business~!” The daughter rolled her eyes as her mom responded and then continued to talk to Wendigo. ”Right, right. Sorry Drevis. Now, what names do you two have in mind?~” Kanaya teased, wanting the in on her future grandchildren. Thyrius and Joy watched all of this go down, and while Thyrius was confused by all of it, Joy picked up that she would have cousins on the way. ”Woah! I’ll have more cousins to play with?! Yay!” She spoke, her body beginning to bound around with excitement at possibly the worst time, since a lot of serious family and pack matters were occurring. Thyrius sighed, his teal eyes glancing back and forth between everyone. Actions & Words.
