I would certainly say there's certainly been a reduction in valid passports with those of pensionable age, we are lucky that our GP practice allow us to renew prescriptions etc via their website. I also have the NHS app which I use mainly for hospital apps as I am going to be doing a clinical trial, as I have told I have familial cholesterol, the GP said it should have been picked up years ago, mines not too high , it's an injection every 6 months , so get the first in 8 weeks . We checked online and the pick up rate for the condition is just over 9% so the overwhelming majority go undiagnosed.
