Funny you should mention that Brian, I had an issue whereby I sent a message to my surgery via the NHS app asking for permission to temporarily stop taking a tablet, instead of a call from a doctor I received a response saying that the head pharmacist would call me to discuss the issue, it worked well. The other thing is using the NHS app I can send messages to the surgery, I always receive a reply sometimes from a Doctor, it saves me calling, the surgery can reply when convenient, it works for me.
