I don't think so. Unfortunately, life itself is not fair. Some are highly talented and some are not. Some are good looking and some are ugly. Some are healthy and some aren't. and so on. We do the best we CAN to be fair to the majority and try to figure out ways to be fair to those left out of the mix. Perhaps an intersex league or trans-leagues would help? However, taking away fairness from females in favor of trans-women is NOT the answer.
