set out to do which was get more healthy and fit. I've lost weight but haven't worked out like I planned to.
I have way less fitness points than most. I'd rather have more fitness points and less weight loss points.

Three weeks left, I am feeling really good about where I am at. Can start to see the muscle building and dropping some weight.
Had to adjust my weight loss goals a bit, but hopefully can keep this going. Probably going to come up a little bit short in the contest though, could really use two or three more weeks of the contest.
