That said, my mom just left after being here for a week...I don't think I normally eat that well...like I don't diet but I try to be semi-conscious about what we eat as a family.
With grandma here we ate lotsa pasta and we went out for burgers and we had desserts and my monday workout felt like absolute shit.

Three weeks left, I am feeling really good about where I am at. Can start to see the muscle building and dropping some weight.
Had to adjust my weight loss goals a bit, but hopefully can keep this going. Probably going to come up a little bit short in the contest though, could really use two or three more weeks of the contest.
