I'll have a drink, a few hop waters or liquid deaths, and drink, etc.
I've probably reduced my alcohol consumption 80%.

Have had trouble getting good sleep lately - my brain doesn't want to shut off at night - and the motivation to work out just hasn't been there. I'm still down about 3 lbs. from the start of the contest, but it's been frustrating.
