As I get closer to my goal weight, whatever calorie deficit I had narrows and I haven't been creating a larger deficit with enough movement/exercise.
I drank during the week for the first time this year and I'm pretty sure that is largely responsible for it. Probably mostly the extra calories I wasn't really accounting for but also interrupted sleep patterns.
So back to no alcohol during the week and moderate otherwise.

Three weeks left, I am feeling really good about where I am at. Can start to see the muscle building and dropping some weight.
Had to adjust my weight loss goals a bit, but hopefully can keep this going. Probably going to come up a little bit short in the contest though, could really use two or three more weeks of the contest.
