Lahmer looked back at her mom, upset. Why did it have to be her? Lahmer held back a sob, looking back to Beartooth and the rest of Tarben on the battlefield. Almost suddenly, she was lifted into the air, her paws grasping at what dirt she could as she rose, the bits falling to the ground. She grumbled, before looking up to her capturer. He was one of those Dracarae wolves, huh? He was a wolf of vibrant reds and browns, which complemented the red wings of his. However, her eyes wandered to his chest, where a pink line was at. What was that about? Her crimson eyes wandered to its other end, which was not far. In fact, it was to her own chest…? What was this phenomenon? And why did she not feel entirely bothered by him carrying her? She sighed, leaving her body heavy. If this male had to carry her, she might as well make it difficult without squirming around and risking her falling from his grasp. They soon reached the lands opposite of Hawthorne, split by the mountains. It was icy, and Lahmer felt the chill run through her spine. Upon being placed down, she would shiver, and comply as Beartooth gave parting speeches for all those whom they had lost. Her crimson eyes watched as the male who carried her set alight to the corpses…enamored by the temporary warmth. She let her eyes get lost in the flames as Beartooth greeted a new wolf, and Lahmer was soon brought out of her stupor when Beartooth beckoned all the females to a platform. She grumbled, rolling her crimson eyes, before complying like she watched the others do. The starry pelt female was definitely the last upon the platform – she did not understand the rules. That is…until Beartooth spoke once more. ”Why do you not claim these women? They know our laws, all but the new lass. Must I enforce claiming? Claim your women, even the prisoners may be claimed. Just do not hurt them, or their Queen may get upset.” Wait…what? A look of bewilderment crossed her face, but it did not last long. Balerion beckoned for her – claimed her. ”The new prisoner is mine. She belongs with me.” Lahmer could not say she was surprised…did this male see the string connecting the two of them? Lahmer gracefully hopped off the platform as the dracarae male spoke to a female originally by his side, who then made her way to the platform. What was this? Lahmer watched as that female walked to the platform, whipping her head back to Balerion when he cat-called. ”Come here my pretty little starling.” Once again, the starry female rolled her eyes, before making a big show and sauntering over to the male. However, her big show was not necessarily directed at Balerion, nooo. Lahmer gave a little tail flick in the direction of some other males, winking at them as she walked. Did she genuinely have an interest in them? No. But man would it be fun to be fought over. Like Aya always wanted to be. Speaking of Aya, Drevis was beckoned next by a white brute, and looking at how she walked, she appeared to be comfortable. Did it really only take a few months for that to happen? Lahmer knew Drevis would get the option to return home…would she take it? If not, this Hawthorne princess would so take it for her. But when she finally sat at Balerion’s side, she questioned that thought. Would it really be that bad? She shook her head dismissively at the thought. Her crimson eyes zoned out as the meeting continued, women being claimed, and men choosing their pick. Her attention was drawn to a male who just had walked in, and spoke of claiming Lova after another brute tried to claim both Dwyn and Lova. He was quite extravagant after all, with his peacock feathers. She waited for the meeting to end. Actions & Words.
