Redd’s attention was soon brought from the grieving Irina to the two alphas – Lucaya of Hawthorne, and Beartooth of Tarben, reaching an agreement. Even though another Hawthorne femme was taken by Tarben, the icy lands still technically lost the war. Redd’s starry eyes and white face turned to the Dane King, and waited on his command to carry the dead. Once Beartooth moved, Redd did as well, picking up the dead body of one of Beartooth’s many children. He could tell the resemblance, but never caught onto the name of them. Ironically, it was Kara, son of his and Irina, but the brownish red boy still did his job. Soon enough, they all made it back to Tarben, and understandably, Beartooth called a meeting immediately after. Redd’s paws and claws that were stained of his father’s blood found their way to the meeting center and the body pile that was starting to be created. Without hesitation, Redd placed Kara onto the pile, then turning to the edge of the circle. Upon finding a spot, Redd sat and listened as Beartooth spoke about Tarben’s losses, framing them in a positive light for the good of the danes. Their members had died with honor. Redd held his head up in pride, having done his share of the war, even though it was technically friendly fire to Nightingale. Their alliance was probably going to break soon enough, anyways, under Irina’s leadership. His eyes watched as a new female known as Aurora stepped into the meeting, her pelt made of the borealis that would paint the night sky. She was pretty, and the thought crossed his mind to claim her. It was bound time he claim someone anyways. It was then that Beartooth called all the single females up to the stand and mentioned they must be claimed. And just as fast as that happened, women became claimed rapidly, and Redd’s chance over Aurora disappeared as Odin spoke out, claiming her. Redd’s starry eyes watched as Odin admired the lass, well, as much as he could, considering he lost his one eye in the war. The one that remained was the heterochromic one, blue and pink, and had showed a fire in his eyes. That was only understandable – he was a prince, after all. Speaking of royalty, a wolf known as Kublai, endowed with peacock feathers, had claimed Lova after Ares had attempted to claim both one of the Tarben princesses and a child of the betas – Dwyn. Redd looked to the females that remained: Rayne, Atla, Cascade, Eyre, and Guinevere, who had been separated from Balerion, and was with child. This deterred Redd from her. His attention was also not given to Rayne – he wanted someone younger. That left Atla, Cascade, and Eyre, all children of Pontchartrain and Skadi. As much as Atla and Cascade looked pretty much the same, Redd felt a different energy come from Atla than Cascade. He could not quite describe it. ”Atla.” He spoke, blunt. His starry colored eyes would remained locked on her until she would make her way to his side, motioning for her to start with a slight movement of his head to the back and side, almost as if silently saying ‘come here’. Upon her approach and her sitting by him, he’d attempt to have his tail touch Atla. Actions & Words.
