body knows it's time to throttle down. I've been somewhat blessed in that respect. I can still wake up with the same music I had in my head all day, as well as when I went to sleep. It gets pushed to the background when my brain is otherwise occupied and always seems to pop back up when my brain gets back to more of an idle state. It pops right back up if I wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night too. I have found that I often sleep better if my last thoughts, as I drift off to sleep, are about nothing. It's hard to make your brain think of nothing though.
